Hey everyone,
Nick here, the guitarist for Soulscape. Just thought you'd like to hear our tunes because we're super proud and we are having a lot of local success and starting to break into the Midwest scene as well.

It wasn't something you'd catch me listening to on a regular basis or anything, but I must admit, you guys have surely got talent and sound quite professional, especially relative to alot of the stuff that's seen in here. I noticed on the second song, your singer seemed to have his pitch go "off" quite often, but I'm assuming it was only intended to be a demo or something, and it seemed to work fine for that, as a sample or concept of something to come later. The majority of the melodies were nice, not overpowering or too mellow for what the situation required. It reminded me of a sort of version of Creed (hopefully that's not too insulting or anything,) only with vocals that I actually enjoy, and more decent music backing them up.
Job well done, I'm sure it could appeal to the crowd you're aiming for. Good luck.

Iam from Minnesota but i didnt really like the music to much, it wasnt that far off from the mainstream. It sounds kinda loose. But you voice is pretty good.
And how come you talk about your self in third person on myspace like your a just discovered band about to make it big?

The reason it seems to be in the third person is that we didn't set up the myspace ourselves...it was set up by a fan and we've gained control over it in the last months.
and yes those recordings arent meant to be top notch (though we were shooting for good quality for the most part) they are intended to get the point across is as much of a way as possible...starting this coming weekend we will begin work on our EP.
thanks for the feedback, we really appreciate it.
