Computer help please!

Hey dudes, I downloaded something with download accelerator and it's finished but after it "builds output file" or something, it says it cannot save file to requested location, please select a new folder, and I've tried everything even my desktop and it won't save, can you help me at all??

Well I used it just so I could pause and resume downloads...what's a program to do that then? And I have plenty of drive space...
