resizing mp3 files

ok i got a song recorded on my computer using audacity and have it in mp3 form but i want to upload it to a site but it wont let me because the file is 19.6 gb and the file needs to be 6 gb or lower. does anyone know a way that i can resize my mp3 file and make it smaller?

how can a song be 19.6 gigabytes..... put it in acid and then render it as 128kps it will save as like 3000 kb

that sucker would take literally FOREVER to load into a program, it would definitally crash. It takes like 20 minutes to move 1 gig over a 100 mbs LAN.

You probably mean 20 megs.
