I'm going on friday at the astoria, i assume the tour has kicked off but can't be bothered to check. I'm really looking forward to it, Panic!'s album was my favourite of 2005. So...

How was the show?

Who is going? Where?

Set lists?

Any other support act?

I'm seeing the American version of this tour on February 3rd. Should be a good time.

Hellogoodbye and Acceptance are also playing over here, no idea about the UK tour.

If they are it hasn't been publiscised well. I've searched for ages trying to get more support acts but i think it's just a straight up vs thing...with maybe a small band first?

Plus this tour is called ambitious ones and smoking guns not truckstops and statelines :-/

Hellogoodbye would be so awesome though, I'm a pretty big fan. Call and return is such an awesome song.

Reading peoples comments on the panic! website the set list looks good for Panic! but they said there is just durnk teen girls dancing everywhere :-/ I've never been to a concert like this before...Better not obstruct my viewing of the band...

I was supposed to go see this show in America but I was too late to get tickets. I'm watching ebay and stubhub for tickets though.

Wow, what a show...

Soo many people there, the queue was like half a mile long when we got there at 7:00...when doors were supposed to open.

We missed Junior varsity, had a couple of beverages then moved into the packed arena for Panic! Was pretty easy to move towards the front, so we were about a metre from the barrier, 2 heads, for the start.

Panic! were amazing. Pulling out a setlist of

The Only difference...
Lying is the most fun...
Time to dance...(So glad they played this)
I write sins...
There's a good reason..
But it's better if you do...
Build god...

I think that was it. The build god closer was amazing, added so much to the album version.

The academy is also put on a good show climaxing with down and out and finishing off with an energetic black mamba. They also played a couple of new songs but their mix was shocking and you couldn't really hear much so i can't tell you what they were like. The setlist was pretty solid, they just played most of the album, but didn't start with attention which made me happy.

The were pretty cool too, outside there was loads of drunk little girls but inside it wasn't too bad. Some people were drunk/passing out at the start of panic! but they soon moved out.

I'd have thought more people would have been to this :-/ Apparently it was a massive gig, lots of tickets were being sold for £40+ (£10 face value). I had a great night and can't wait to see Panic! again in April
