Double bass, but on single pedal???

Does anyone know if there is a double bass pedal out there, that only uses a single pedal, so u get the double bass effect but from one kick??? I've looked at that dualist pedal but costs too much and looks cheap....

any suggestions would be great...

why do you not want a double, out of interest?

if its cos you like using hat accents ect, just get a drop clutch. works for me...

The only thing that can really get anywhere close to emulating a double pedal without two pedals, is the Giant Step effect pedal that was mentioned earlier.
And it costs almost as much as a decent double pedal does anyway
