Bass Tabs help

I have a question about how to play some bass tabs. I know how to play normal tabs but there are parts of this one that I don't understand how to play. It looks something like this

How would I play the parts with the 10's and how should I play the stars. And also another example would be this

o.O find different tabs...that doesnt look like standard tabbing method to me

Well I looked up the tabs for the song on a lot of different tab sites and I got the same results, they all look like that. :/

a lot of tab sites either copy each other or get submissions from the same people...ive found the same tabs for one song on like 10 different sites before. just keep looking. try olga.net
