Body wood: Ash
Neck wood: Maple,
Fretboard wood: Ebony
# of Frets: 21
Neck/Body Joint: Neck through body
Pickups: Peavey P-J set
Bridge: Schaller
Tuners: Schaller
Controls: 1 volume, 1 pickup blend, Active bass, midrange, treble; active/passive switch

The big difference between the regular Dyna Bass and the Unity series is that the Unity Series has neck through construction whereas the regular Dyna has a bolt on neck.

This bass has a very nice feel to it. The neck just flows into the body giving an un-obstructed feel all the way to the 21st fret. The neck width is about the same as a Jazz bass.

The pickups are hot. They are loud even when the active eq is bypassed. The active eq is very responsive and easily adjustable to yield a great many different tones.

The paint was applied very well. Although I got this bass used, there wasn't a mark on it. This bass truely looks like it was just left in it's case under a bed from the time the original owner first took it home. It is about as close to mint as you can get.

5 thumbs up!!!!
