Hi all!!
I'm just wanting to start learning electric guitar and was wondering what size guitar I should buy? I'm a girl of 5' 5'' and was wondering if a 3/4 size guitar would be good to learn on.
Or should I just buy a full size? Any other ideas?
Many thanks :chug:

Just go with a regular size, you should be fine. :thumb:

Full-scale it up.
It shouldn't be a problem :)

Im not sure... I'm VERY strapped for cash as I'm just in the process of an expensive house move so it MUST be cheap!! I'm only just starting out, I am a total beginner.
I was looking at the starter packs you get, anyone bought from Thomann? Well, there are a couple of very cheap ones there ( I have a problem with buying as Im on a very small island with only one very expensive music shop).
There is a Harley Benton pack for £60 (106 USD): http://www.thomann.de/thoiw2_harley_benton_hbstset1_gitarrenset_prodinfo .html
or a Behringer pack for £95 (168 USD):

What do you think? Would either of these be a decent stepping stone for a very poor drummer? :smash:

Look into Ibanez starter packs, you'll get a better guitar in there than you will in a Behringer or Squier pack.
