What would be agood Reso head to math with my Eq3 bass batter?

For sure, that'd sound awesome with nothing inside the drum.

Those evans heads are a rip off though. Almost twice as much as an Amb.

yea yea.......i know dude i was just tying somethign new with Evans and after his experiment.they just aint for me...Im probably gonna go back to my old head set up Remo Coated Emp's on TOms/Amb batter/snare side and an PS3 on the bass batter with an ebony or CLear Amb(ok only thing new would be the reso bass head cause i always kept stock)

Yer, i only got it as i got told to muffle my bass drum by a tech. And i hate things being inside my bass drum, so i was a compromise.

Are the EQ pads anygood? As i want to go back to a EQ3.

I had an eq pad for a while. THey are pretty good. I gave it to the girl that bought my last drumset though. I got mine for free with some heads from GC a long long time ago. Just use a small pillow though and it will do fine. EQ3 are awesome. emad is caca.

Cheers, when i pick up my cowbell im gonna get one then.

The only thing i give to the EMAD's is that they are 1ply. That is it, bar that they are a waste of time.

I ordered a Black Beatuy, so i have to give him a call to see if it is in. And if it is, then i go into london and get it.

And it was only £26, so about $50.

yeah thats what sucks. i feel bad for drummers who have to pay a lot more than others for gear.
