Dont say use the search bar because i've already tried 5 times....but is there still a section that tells how to compose drum tabs.....or did that have to go with that law that was passed?

Acually, I find tabs easier than sheet music, but to each his own.

And, man, at this point it'd be better to learn "Actual music composing."

i.e. learn to write sheet music, man.

ya, learn to write sheet music. its not too terribly hard. i think its alot more fun than makeing complicated tabs or something like that.

I can read drum notation just fine.

I'm just saying it's easier for tabs cause I've been playing piano since I was 4 or something, so all the notes confused me when I first started (still do every once in a while). I also like the "cleanness" of tabs, but there are MANY advantages to sheet music.

Meh, to each his own.

It's just that when I'm listening to a song at the computer, it's easier to just open up notepad than write it down with a pencil (especially sicne writing physically hurts me).

I suggest trying out Chantone's Big Book 'O Drum Composure, it helped me out so much.
