Intro

Verse
Why can i only feel no emotion,
Im a lone sailor in a windless ocean,
My feelings for you, they all are fake,
Im trying to climb a wall that is starting to break
I know that I am starting to fall in love with you
But how can I love if I cant find a way to feel?

Chorus
This ship's sails are ripped, the wind flows right through
They still swell up and fall down just like me and you
passion is false and there is no reality
This life and how i have lived has taken everything from me

Verse 2
I've reached the point of no return
everything i have lost, i cant reearn
I see you and what you mean, all you want to be
I see you and your soul, and it means so much to me
I think i see light around the bend,
A slight connotation that this darkness will end

Solo

Chorus

Outro

and

Intro
I'm moving closer to what is my instinct,
Its forgotten and becoming less distinct,
When we learn to live longer,
we're killing ourselves fast
And when the test restults come in
Our first place has been replaced by last

Verse 1
Sticking oil down our throats
We're getting fat on it
And with this fuel in our veins
A shot rings out and its lit

Chorus
We're building high and burning low
Digging our graves more and more shallow,
The young at heart
are the worst part
Of the turning of ground

Verse 2/bridge
The rich in hand
are poor at mind
yet every day we find
we're coming closer to detached issues
and forget whats becoming of me and you

It's not great, but thebase of it is good, it just sounds too forced to me
I am also a bassist, and a songwritter, it doesn't always have to rhyme
