i have a mexican fender strat and want to change it into a fat strat. is there a lot of work to do on the body of the guitar to install the humbucker as the bridge pickup. Is it difficult to do this?

And also what would be some good single coil pickups to add to the humbucker which will probably be a seymour duncan invader.

Mexis are routed for HSS, so all it would take would be a new pickguard and perhaps some wiring.

I have a Fat Strat Squier. But, yeah, it would just take a new pickguard and some wiring. I also thing the headstock of the neck is different along with the size of the neck. But, I am not sure.
