Hey my first song i've posted on here. I spent a couple of hours writing it this morning on my guitar, the music extends it for about three minutes.
Adrifting
days blur with the memories of night
i'm still running, somewhere in time
here the sun shines, blue wind soothes my skin
there was a cell with no windows, no answers within, back then
a misery in mirrors, a shroud of despondency veiling faces around
theres a silver lining in the darkest cloud they say, all l i see is rain
dealing with the ghosts in memory and mind
of playing dice with the devil, got burned mighty fine
now the days they don't end, they also end too fast
but the world keeps turning on, i survived until the last
