Are there any free recording programs that are good out there? Im looking into recording some stuff and Im all set with using the program that comes with windows lol

as far as free programs go... audacity is pretty good. better than the windows sound recorder, anyway. :p of course, it far from rivals any of the high-end commercial programs, such as cubase and sonar- but, i suppose it works for very basic recording needs.

But if you want a very good program, download Sony Acid Pro v5.
If you have limewire, just typ in 'Sony Acid Pro' on programs and search for a file with key gen + setup. It's definitly worth it duuude!

acid is a **** program, don't bother with it.
if you're going illegal, may as well get cakewalk sonar 5 producer edition. it's way better than acid, and yes... it's even better than cubase.
