this has been bugging me for a while and i just have to know..they're vocal range is pretty high and it sounds really strong as if they were singing from their chest voice..like normally when i sing my chest voice is way stronger than my head voice and with claudio and geddy it sounds as if there is no register change. What do you think?

I think they are better singers than you.
However, you can change your head voice to make it sound like true voice (like Chris Cornell.)

yea..like when i sing really high notes in my head voice it sounds really strong but when i sing softly in my head voice it sounds really quiet. I have no idea y it does that...i mean i guess the resonance from the chest voice outways the resonance of the head voice

1. Why is it that everyone seems to think that everyone else is listening to what they listen to? While I've heard Rush and Co&Ca, Its not something that stands out in my memory, or probably 90% of others. So that will limit decent responses without a sample
2 Do you know what head voice is?
3. If its chest voice, its low, even in a tenor, and hell, relatively low in an alto.

However, you can change your head voice to make it sound like true voice (like Chris Cornell.) Head voice is true voice...for the 1 billionth and 1 time.

Yea I know what head voice is; I use it all the time. I just need to know how to get my head voice to sound stronger and/or louder. Although I'm not sure if you can build strength in ur head voice.

Sing more? That's the only thing I can think of. There's probably some pretentious wanky excercises to do, but this is all I can recommend. Just sing in head voice a lot, work on it like that.
