Drawing Cartoons

I'm interested in starting to draw little comics, but I really suck at drawing. Any tips, sites, books for helping me to learn. Oh btw, I'm going to be using Photoshop and I don't plan to actually draw these cartoons on paper, just on the computer. Also, I don't want to draw anime.
