Low Rider!

Ok, so, I have a drum recital coming pretty soon and i get to play Low Rider by uhh, War...i think.

Anyway, i've been practicing the song, and it's pretty friggin simple, and so i wanna jazz it up a bit, show off mah skillz. I've created some cool little licks for it, and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on some that they have thought of?

I wouldn't change it.
I mean, it's one of those songs that everybody knows, and everybody loves.
You just don't change it.
Same thing with In The Mood.
I don't see that many people who change the Tenor/Alto trade-off solos in the middle. It's too famous.
