Snare tuning help

Alright...i have a good snare..and yes i have read in the tuning bible so dont tell me to :). Its a maple snare..with good heads on it.

Im looking for a pop with little snare sound and a slight ring. I dont know what else to say but thats what im looking for.

Tighten both sides up, and tighten your snares up, don't choke it though
