View Full Version : Good Deal for $150?
Is a used MIM Fender Jazz Bass for $150 a good deal?
Depends, they're hit or miss. I personally love mine, I got a good one.

If it's in decent condition that seems like a pretty good deal. Do you have an opportunity to play it to see if the electronics are solid?

Make sure you try it out first. If all is good, then it's a great deal.

Yeah, I would say that was a good deal.
I bought my bass used for 50$ right on the spot without even having tried it. I love my bass. :)

get it, I sold a MIM Fender Jazz for 200 to Guitar center, so if it sucks youll make a 50 buck profit

Good deal if worst comes to worst repace the Pups, and your still well off as long as the body/neck are in good shape.

squier doesnt have a plant in mexico to my knowledge... tho my knowledge could barely fill a thimble
but im pretty sure most if not all squiers are cic(crafted in china)... well except for the 80's squiers which were cij(crafted in japan)
Thats a great deal, assuming its in good condition. Usually you see used MIM's in decent condition go for the $200-250 range.

If it's good condition, that's a bargain, and then some. :)
