I'm new to the Halifax area (moved here in August from Ontario) and just thought I'd post some information for anyone interested in recording. I have my audio engineering degree from Trebas in Toronto and have been doing recording for quite some time. I'm also a musician of course playing both bass and guitar. I'm in the middle of establishing myself in the maritimes as well as expanding my recording business.

I'm looking for anyone in the area who is in need of recording. I do all types of recording ranging from demo material up to full albums. I do recording, mixing, and mastering myself. I'm very flexible when it comes to rates (being a musician, I know the term starving artist applies) and my recording equipment is very portable so I'm available to do recording wherever the musicians desire. I find it's easier to work with musicians in their own environment where they're most comfortable. Anyone who has a question or would like record feel free to post or email me (Harmonic.Wave@gmail.com). I enjoy working with all types of artists recording all types of music.

On a second note, I've also been looking for a band to play in since I moved. I play bass or guitar, have all my own equipment (3 basses, 3 guitars, amps, pedals, etc), and would like to play in a heavier band but I'm not picky. I'm looking for a band to do original material with (and some covers for fun) that are serious and would like to eventually record. The benefit of bands I play with are I record my own material as well so it's also a good ticket to recording.
