Ac/dc Online Tribute Band!!!!

I am interested in forming an AC/DC Tribute band over the net, I would like to be the vocalist! You must be able to record your instument onto a computer and then be able to send them and then all the record would be put together piece by piece.
I am only looking for a guitarist!
