My 3 Month Evaluation...

Well, it's been three months (roughly) since I was modded, and what a whirlwind of internet fun it has been. I'd like to thank the support of my fellow moderators, our sponsors, and viewers like you.

Well, a lot of workplaces (such as mine) have a three month probation, at the end of which they sit you down and tell you what you did right, and what you did wrong.

So, I've invented this little thread to give me some feedback about my modding skillz. Feel free to write any feedback you wish, I appreciate all comments, and I won't hold any grudges if you post something negative.

If you're shy, I've set the poll to anonymous for you, also. But please try to post something as well, since the poll is fairly simple.

Well, that's all I guess. It's been a pleasure sharing R&M with you all.

Bit of a nice release from some tough modding awhile back, not that it wasn't necessery but its been nice having a mod which understand forum emotion.

Keep on Groovin'. You seem to doing a great job so far. The forum seems to be running smoothly, and that's the most important thing. Even with the attacks from Chad everything seems to be going well, so keep it up.

R&M has always been a tough one to mod, I presume, since this is the most active music forum out of MX, and it pretty much carries a lot of the threads and users who are slightly "lost" in a world full of agonies and Nirvana, and silly Maroon 5.

So yeah, you've kept the place pretty clean and the rules very tight, so no complains over here. :thumb:
