I have been a loyal Texas fan for 6 years and never have i been any happier.
Do you think basketball has what it takes to be national champions?

I'm not high on Longhorn hoops. I think they will flame out early this year in the tournament.

I'm a huge Longhorns fan. I knew they'd win the baseball championship, but was pleasantly surprised with football. We all knew Young would show up but he was really unstoppable. And I was thrilled that the defense was able to contain Bush. Bush still had a good game, but compared to how he has run over everyone this year, I thought Texas D did a great job. That was really some game.

We're a talented basketball team, but I wouldn't be expecting a championship. We could go pretty far or we could flame out early as Illmatic said. I think we have the talent to go far, and possibly all the way, but I don't think we'll get past the Elite 8 in the tournament.

Sports Illustrated rated Texas the #2 overall sports program in the country, right behind Stanford. Yea, Texas is a great overall program, I can't say I know much about the lesser known and advertised sports, but those three are consistenly at the top of the nation in rank.

Basketball probably won't be too spectacular, I can't see them going past the sweet sixteen really...
