Alright, so I want to get some thoughts on my current practice routine. I will split it up into pad and kit exercises. I practice on BOTH pad and kit at least 5 times a week. Usually there are 1 or 2 days that I will just practice on one or the other.

Pad:
-Warmup: LLLLLLLL RRRRRRRR LLLLLL RRRRRR LLLL RRRR LLLL RRRR LLL RRR LLL RRR LLRRLLRR (double stroke roll) all isolating WRISTS rather than fingers - maybe 90 seconds
-Single stroke roll with metronome (currently 16th's at 145 bpm) for 3-5 mins
-Double stroke roll with metronome (currently 32nd's at 70 bpm) for 2 mins
-Finger stroke exercises, same as the warmup, except isolating fingers instead of wrists
-Buddy rich rudiments book, usually whatever 2-3 rudiments my teacher has me working on that particular week
-Syncopation - currently working on the accent exercises. I practice them leading with both the left and right hand, and always with a metronome.
-Stick Control - Working currently on the first 3 pages. I will do one column each day with a metronome, and after i've gone through every column, i will go back at 5 bpm faster.
Total Time: anywhere from 25-45 minutes depending on how much time i have

Pad:
-Warmup: just freestyling, moving around the kit, playing new beats and fills, etc.
-Syncopation: Working on whatever exercise my teacher gives me. Currently it's playing one of the "famous pages" (i think 37) with my snare hand, while playing the ride cymbal on 1, 2, 2+, 3, 4, and 4+ (skipping 1+ and 3+), and the hi hat with my foot on 2 and 4.
-Jim Chapin book: currently working on the solo exercise in section C (triplet chapter)
-Rod Morgenstein book: currently focusing on the alternating ride patterns pages (both hands on the hi-hat), leading with both the left and right hands, as well as playing any page of beats using my slave pedal to work up strength and agility with the left foot.
-Improvised exercises between hands and feet with a metronome, specifically:
--LhRhLfRf (left hand, right hand, left foot, right foot)
--RhLhRfLf
--RhLhLfRf
--LhRhLhRhLfRfLfRf, etc
--Single and double stroke rolls, and paradiddles between left hand and left foot, right hand and left foot, basically every combination (just maybe 20-30 seconds of each) with a metronome.
--Single and double stroke rolls and paradiddles with just the feet (double pedal)
--Stick control with just the feet with a metronome.
--End with playing along to some songs

Total Time: About an hour depending on whether i freestyle for a while or not at first.

This reminds me of my main issue with practicing. Limited of structure.

Nice routine you can tell its working you've barely been playing and you can already play decently

Indeed.

Also lack of variety. It's a good routine, but I doubt you'll be able to stick to it for very long. Or will simply out grow it.

Go through Stick Control as a whole book. Everyone keeps missing the pages beyond the 3rd one.

I';m just working on the first 3 pages FOR NOW. i assume once i get up to about 110 bpm, which is the speed my teacher told me he went to his first time through the first 3 pages, i will move on to the next section. at the rate i'm going now, that should be maybe a month or 5-6 weeks from now?

That's not how the book was designed to be used. Nor how the Mr. Stone arranged it, or explains how it should be used.

I assure you, you will recieve more benifit from going through the book as a whole at the tempo you are comfertable with now. Then working subsection at a time and increasing the tempo.

Not only that, but going through Stick Control in that manor makes for an extremelly boring and repetitive time. Wich is not condusive to learning.

Secondly, if such is the case how you wish to use it. Then your practice routine has become absurdly redudent, and thus is not the best use of the time.

Excuse my ignorance, but ssr - "16ths at 145 bpm" - does that mean you do four strokes every click ?

Yes it does, Hoofer.
