Ok, i wanna play DS online, who doesn't...
Thing is, i have a usb network adapter thing, (not nintendo one) and it wants to find a router, how do i convince this stupid device to send and receive internet instead of just receiving it from a non-existant wireless router.
Also i have dial up broadband, so bridging the connection is out of the question.
(Don't ask why i have dial up 2mb its stupid i know)

Can you maybe clear things up a bit, or maybe read the Wi-Fi manual?

If I'm understanding his post correctly, he's trying to get a wireless reciever to hook up to a non-wireless dialup broadband connection. :lol: :lol:

you mistake me young padawan...
the wireless thing is plugged into the same computer as the internet dial up dsl internet connection.
I need my nintendo ds to connect to this wireless jobby

its pretty easy, there is a 'non-existant wireless router' that needs to exist for this to all work

I ws under the impression you need either a dongle or a wireless router to get it online.

you probably bought a wifi receiver, not a transmitter.

Only a few WiFi routers work for DS. I haven't had problems with mine, and it's not Nintendo, but it might just not be compatible with the DS. Or it could be a receiver instead of a transmitter.

Hey, how much would it cost/how long would it take to install a PCI Express videa card slot thing. I have space for it but it's just not there, so I need it.
