Hey everyone. I know there is a "Beginner jazz guitar" thread already, but I'm looking for something a little more specific.
I'm just looking for some good jazz songs played on acoustic guitar to learn. Preferably just guitar, no other instruments. As it says in the title, I'm looking more for intermediate level songs. Thanks for any help.

Jazz, as a whole is pretty advanced music; so an "Intermediate" jazz song would be, well, not as intermediate as thought. However, you should look for any kind of standards, like My Favorite Things or All The Things You Are, or Blue Bossa. There are usually transcribed versions of them for solo guitar.
Joe Pass is "the" solo jazz guitarist, look for his recordings/charts. For gutiarists specialized on acoustic guitar, you should look for Kevin Eubanks (his "World Trio" is great), Ralph Towner, Bireli Lagrene, John McLaughlin, Django Reinhardt... Although the latter 3 may seem godly fast players.

Jazz can be as easy or as hard as you wanna make it. I suggest "Autumn Leaves"
