Perma-ban Sade?...Again

I mean come on he's only going to get banned again.

At times yes he is very helpful and runs alot of the comps etc, but most of the time he's just a tool. And as hilarious as he can be he does it at inappropriate times and regularly spams up threads, not to mention the threads that pop up because of him, like the ridiculous "Lets give him money thread". Although to be honest he didnt actually start those himself, but can we be sure that he didn't ask for them to be created?

I also realise that this is one of those threads. Oh, the irony.

Admittedely you cant just ban him for nothing, but you know that hes only going to start his crap again.

Well.. I think we should just kick his ***. He laughs his *** off while we are discussing to ban him, remember that it were only regular members who started the threads with his myspace/soundclick/whatever. So basically; we've got no prove to ban him. We can ban the other members on the other hand.. but that would be banning quite a few forummembers, something he wouldn't expect though.

Sade doesnt get banned for flaming though. Sade gets banned for the absolute stupidist **** ever. I remember he had been flaming for nearly 3 days straight and no one said anything but as soon as he called Justin spoiled for getting that warwick, BAM, banned.

I remember that, really lost a lot of respect for the mods that day, for banning him for such a stupid reason, and for none of the other mods for stopping the banning on such grounds. Just another example of the mods using their powers to solve personal vendettas, it happens in every forum on Mx, not just in here.

Exactly, they didnt state personal insults to the mods as the reason for banning him, as they know that people would be angered at them settling personal scores with their powers, its clear why he was banned.

Just to clarify:

-Sade is banned, so please, if you have a problem with it, talk to myself, Wintermute, or Tryxx on AIM, or Sade himself...don't bring threads like these to the forums.

-It's outright false to say Sade was banned because he called Tryxx "spoiled." We were already discussing banning him and for how long for flaming and trolling, but that incident just happened to occur right about the time we were going to ban him. It's personally insulting you think we're that selfish and self-centered. Even if we were, isn't that banning Sade for "flaming," anyway?

-A lot of you seem to froget that for every time Sade is banned, I always vouch to give him another chance...sure, it always comes back to bite my in the ***, but you can't say I didn't help and that the three of us are heavy handed. We cut you guys a lot of slack compared to mods in other forums and lately, you've just been flat out abusing it, especially with posts like this and threads that personallty humiliate us (mainly the newer mods, Tryxx and myself) for still working on getting our modding technique straight. It's all judgement and we try to be as impartial as possible. We can't please everyone, but calling for us to be de-modded and have us step down is nothing short of degrading. It's the internet, this isn't a democracy. I'm sorry, but hey, that's how things work around here.

-As much as you guys say, "omg its the internet let him b a dik lol," you're wrong. This place is a business, with MX as the CEO, in a sense. Our specific orders from him are to ban people that troll and flame constantly. If you have a problem with that, take it up with the admins (DoubleBassJim or MX).

The only reason I un-deleted this thread was to show you guys not to distrust us because we mod to keep this place a community. Sade earned his ban(s).
