Okay, okay, give me a minute.
EDIT:- Try this (http://movavi.com/convertmovie).
If you can't get what you want from the trial version, I can probably find the full version for you if you like.

Right, I couldn't find any registration key for that other program, but I did find this one here instead.

You can download that full program which (from what I've read) does everything you're wanting. If you need any help on using BitTorrent, read my thread about it here (http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=403608).
If you want a quick rundown, download and install this (http://www.bitcomet.com/doc/download.htm), then click on that link to the torrent and download it (should take about 10 minutes or so), install it, and it should all work fine.

I did this a cheap way. I loaded the movie into Windows Movie Maker and saved the file with an .mp3 extension. It saved as an .mp3 file you could load into a CD but the quality was crap and the video would still play if you opened the file in a media player on your PC.
