WoW vs City of Villains

So at the end of the next 6 weeks if I have all B's or higher I get World of Warcraft. But City of Villains came out a few months ago. So I was wondering if any of you had played either and which one was better and such. In world of Warcraft which I have never played- I heard you could take like to Units and put them together to alter appearence and such. I dont know maybe my friend was lying. I have Warcraft 3 and Frozen Throne.

Which ever one that doesnt charge for online play is the better one. War Craft 3 is supposed to be really good though. Try looking into 'Guild Wars' though
