Got tickets to go see them in January; the sound this band produces is out of control. The vocals remind me of someone as powerful as Joan Baez or Aaron Neville, but not on the same level.

Anyway, has anyone seen or heard about their live performances? Will it be good? Obvioulsy they won't have Boy George, Lou Reed or Devendra Banhart nearby to help out in the appropriate songs but I still think it will be ace. Can't wait.

I read an Australian review from last years Sydney Festival. I think the journalist had the same reaction, although it was hugely positive.

I can't imagine what it would be like, but I'd definitely like to find out.

My sister went to see him some time ago.

She said that it was great. He was very funny, shy and loveable. His songs were gorgeous and the sound of his voice was even more unique in real life. The only weird thing was seeing a very shy man looking like a female getting on stage.

Damn, i wish i was there. Stupid show, sold out. Grrr.

Do you know if the show at the Tivoli is all ages? It seems to be and I've tried emailing the staff, but no reply. :(

Are you over 18?

Anyway, I've found out that you can get into this show with a parent. I'll try to convince my Mum to come with me. She will probably hate it, but she will be able to brag to all of the other mums that she is cooler than them.

I watched him play on Jools Holland, strange guy, very shy, looks like a woman, great voice though not for everyone

Yeh I am 18. Does it strictly have to be a parent or someone 18? or 21? Get a friend who is a bit older to go.

I know two people who saw him, and they gave completely different reviews of the shows. That is, one of them loved it, the other claimed that Anthony's voice was weak live.

Maybe he hurt his voice that night your mate hated it, you cant have everything in life.

Yeah, it says 'parent' on the website.
