I have roughly £110 to spend on gear.
I'm looking for a decent snare drum that's fairly loud and quite sensitive to a light hit (when I strike mine lightly I get no snare snap, even with them tight on).
I'm looking for one new crash cymbal, preferrably by Stagg (I got a 16" Stagg crash cymbal for christmas, and I'm looking for a second crash)
A stand to go along with that cymbal
And a metronome. Nothing fancy, just something for me to practise with.
Anyone got any suggestions for these items at a cheap price? Huggles to anyone who does. :smash:
Pearl Firecracker snare :) Loud but also good at low volume..

You want all of those... Well I can't really help you with snare as I'm in the dark about which one to get also. For a crash again, I'd go to cymbalsonly or massmusic, same thing for the snare(massmusic) or just go to a music store and try some out

While you are on the subject about that stuff what level would you say stagg cymbols are?

theyre beginners, and i dont have alot of money. my idea of pro cymbals would be zildjian Ks or As, and i hope to get them one day when i get a full job
does that answer your question? or am i still a stupid noob who has no idea what hes talking about? by the way, i believe the word is "cymbals".
Well...if you're short on cash you could go for wome wuhans. But you really have to pick them really carefully cause some cymbals are beauties and others are crap.
Same goes for stagg.

Okay, I apologise mate. Stagg's would be considered beginner, and they're more costly cymbals would be intermediate I think.
