So, for Christmas, I got some new mics, Audix 7 piece fusion pack, sounds pretty awesome, once I get the hang of the placement and such, I'll post some audio. Also, when a little while ago, I recieived a used Maryland kit as a christmas present...man does this thing sound awesome. Jazz sizes, 12x8,14x14, 18x16 kick. Also, I changed my main kit setup a bit.

Nice basket of sticks. Your kit layout is nice. Not to keen on the kits colour. Good choice of Heads and great cymbals!

Any chance for some more detailed Specs?

Yeah, thanks, it sounds rediculously trashy, maybe I'll enclose some audio later. Underneath, there's an 18" B8 Pro Heavy Crash.

Yeah, thanks man, the stack rules, and the maryland sounds just amazing. The mount is just a regular RIMS mount.

Ah, thanks, the cymbals aren't so bad really, everything has its place. As for the mics, yeah they sound sweet already, with practice, I'll post some audio up.

Thanks about the maryland, I intend to do that soon, I also want to get a new hihat for it. As for using the maryland kick....hmmm, that sounds like a cool idea, I'll try it.

I've always wanted to get a second, small jazz set just for kicks. I wouldn't gig with it unless it was a small gig or small stage, but it would be fun to have around.

That Maryland kit is pimpin! I love that finish and the set-up is awsome too. You main kit is a beaut aswell, I can't wait for some audio man.

Wow, both kits are just awesome. Heres a tip, with the pic of the mics on the toms, try pointing them down towards the actual head more, it might get a better sound..

Anyway your equipment list is just huge now, you have so much stuff.

Yeah, lots of em. My new gibralter boom arms have them on pretty much everything, I want to get more memory locks.

Ah, thanks alot man. The mics, yeah, I've been messing with the placement, I'm actually clamping them to the tom arms now, works better, no slippage. Any particular ways I should place them?

VERY trashy and loud. Great rock china. Its easily the loudest cymbal on my set.

Its great, nice low end punch. The only problem is, at least for me, the plastic ring the holds the felt ring in place can fall off, but this takes time.

Oh man, thanks. As for the wood beaters, yes they do rock, haha. They give such a nice low end punch with tons of attack, such a step up from my old IC woods.

hah well, if I actually knew you, I'd be willing to trade the 17" Vault for something else, its wayy too bright and shrill, especially in recording.

Soooo. I timed how long it took for the first page to load. 7 minutes. You have one of the nicest setups on the forums man. Pretty soon you are gonna have to include the Kitchen sink ;)

I like it a lot, its a great thing :D

Recorded almost 200 songs on it, had to get rid of a ton

Its been a great help with my songwriting :chug:

Ah, its cool man, at least you responded. :) Its a great recorder, the only thing I don't like about it is that it only comes preset with 2 mic inputs, I have to use a mixer along with it to mix everything properly.

Do you have the CD-R with it?! I thought you could buy it seperately but apparently you cant :mad: so I can't burn any of my recordings

Yeah, mine came with one, thats how I get all of my recordings on the computer.

Yeah, exactly, the only problem is, it takes longer to get things on the computer that way, I wish it has a usb port.
