Boss 7 band bass eq

I got this for christmas. After playing around with it im not sure if I like it. I mean I wanted it bad for two reasons. I could get a high tongy sound and then hit it to get a more bassy sound for the chorus, and also so I could get a diffrent tone and lower the volume for slapping wich has always been a problem. Well now it seems that my volume is the same when Im slaping or not [without the pedal] and I realize is it worth 100$ so I can push a button to switch the tone instead of just turning a knob.. What do you guys think? If i returned it I don't know what I would get.. maby a boss od.

I got one and kinda ran into the same thing, but I use it to change the sound of my disortions now.

they really do. boss matches up nice with boss. lol.

yea after going through a looking at a bunch of other pedals I don't really think I want anyother one maby a compressor if it does what I think it does gotta try it. But I guess I will have to make myself like it :-p
