You should be eating the same way I talked about in my thread (The official guide to the elusive six-pack).
You should be lifting light, but with higher reps. and sets.
Running should be kept the same.
You can even try carb cycling, which means for a week, on every day you lower you carb intake by 25%, untill you fall down to 25%, then you go back up to 100% using 25% increments.
This is very stressful on your body so do not do it more then once and only spend one-day on each step.

Sorry to bother you, but what kind of cardio/weight times do you suggest at the start of a regime type thingy, and what kind of reps and sets should I be doing on what? Links and stuff or just posting would be really helpful. Merry Christmas :).

High reps for tone, low reps for strenght and mid reps for the middle.

WRONG
'Tone' stems from the word Tonus, which means the contraction of the muscle.
Using tone in any other environment means you have watched far to many abroller advertisements and have been succesfully brainwashed by the media.
High reps for tone, low reps for strenght and mid reps for the middle.
That's crap, you can't "tone" a muscle, low reps are not always the best way for strength and wtf is the middle?
Why does everyone think that if you lift something heavy you become a 300 pound monster? Just follow a bodybuilding routine, there are plenty of resources on the net such as www.forum.bodybuilding.com (DO NOT go into the teen section!). When you get to a weight/size you want just eat and lift to maintain it.
I'm sorry if I seemed rude but this 'toning' stuff is just crap. If you didn't know then that's absolutely fine, just research a little bit.
Once again I apologise if this was rude.
Good luck with bodybuilding.
