Hello everyone

Innerdream has written and recorded a new song – As I Close My Eyes (music and lyrics by Paul Martin) – please feel free to have a listen via the link below and your feedback on the song all areas (guitars, vocals, lyrics, melody / harmonies, dynamics etc) is most welcome

I didn’t mean to make you worry - I’ve been a fool for never understanding why

Are we heading towards the end?

Not really my style, but this is done pretty well.
I liked the singing. The overall mixing wasnt that good though, I feel.

Yeah, I agree the mix needs to be better - we will be posting a more polished version of the song on the site in the near future

But another thing is the timing - the intro seems to be off, sounds like it wasn't made with a metronome.

Vocals are good - I miss backing vocals though.

I don't find the solo matching the song.


P.s
If you lack drums and a bass, I can suggest using fruity loops to create it. :p

The song is alright... Recording is awful and I'm not sure about the vocals (needs more power); it sounds like the vocalist is just reading in tune.
