So my band were recording the other day using Audacity. We recorded the drums through the mixer and they sounded fine.

We recorded the gutiars in using a variety of methods- straight from Zoom606 multi effects pedal, line outs from amp and micing them up but for some reason they were all raised by half a step in pitch. Why was this so?

This hasnt happened on anyone elses computer in the past this seems to be an isolated incident.

Any ideas behind what the problem is?

Cheers,

Jon

just download the ASIO4all drivers. Its proboably your drivers that are causing this. That the only thing I can think of.
