I bought How Memory Works and A Portable Model Of a few weeks ago and have been listening to them all the time.

Now I know how Joan of Arc felt.

As flames rose to Roman nose, and her walkman started to melt.

They're the most unlistenable and pretentious of the Kinsella brothers' bands. Cap'n Jazz and Make Believe are a ton better.

I've never been disapointed by a Kinsellas' brothers album / band. Everything is wonderful and makes me so much more proud to be from Illinois. Owls, Owen, Ghosts and Vodka, Make Believe, Capn' Jazz, Joan of Arc....****... Tim Kinsellas is a genius.

Did anybody else go to the Promise Ring reunion with Make Believe as the opener? I got my hopes up for a Capn Jazz reunion but was mildly let down that it didnt happen. All well, the show was still great and Jim Adkins made a nice suprise visit. I also saw the guys from Pele in the audience. That was a great night.
