Has anyone ever heard of this genre?
My friend was telling me about it and it sounds like music i would like but I've never heard the name. So if someone could explain it to me and/or give me some bands that fall into this category, I would be much thankful.

Power Violence is an actual genre. Offshoot of Grindcore. Listen to Charles Bronson and Spazz for some good Power Violence bands.
