A song I'm working on

I just got my PODxt live, and I'm still working on figuring it out. I just recorded my first song with it. It's a song I've been working on for a little bit, and this is just a rough recording to see how it would all sound together. It's not well mixed or anything; I wasn't trying to make this run through sound professional. So give me your input; what did you like about it? Is it good? What should I work on? Is it the worst thing you've ever heard?

It was good man, a nice little tune...but there didn't seem a need for all that noodling, was that just to show off or something?!

If you're writing an actual song cut it down to about 2 bars here and there...so people don't get sick of it

Yeah, I found that he just went super fast just for no reason also. It does get a little repetitive, and near the end the rhythm guitar is a little too fuzzy. Good stuff though.

Yeah, at the end, I just did it for fun. It's not going to be in the actual final recording or anything, though.
