How does he do this?

Okay I've been listening to alot of Primus and on "Tales from a punchbowl" on the song "Hellbound 17", Tim Alexander starts doing this buzz roll or porribly doubles on the snare while he is hitting a conglomation of drums and hi-hat at the same time.It starts up around mid way through the song.I have also heard it during Brain's solo on "Tommy the cat".My question is that I've never really heard anyone do something like this.I have Dave Weckl,Coluaita and Jojo Mayer solos and they do similar fills but not up to the same speed that Tim is doing it.How the hell does he do this?

well what he does is he goes and asks the drum forum because they probably know better than we do :D

is there some sort of forum problems atm? thats the second drum related thread in the bass forum in under an hour
