Today i had to move my kit up to my room, to make way for the chrimbo tree, i didnt want it not going to use under my bed, so i thought out this clever little way of saving space, yet having the kit set up (minimalistically) so i can still practice :D

ok, so its not so great, but im still proud of it.

wow you must have an uber high bed...thats a pretty sweet idea...great for practicing grooves and getting focused on snare and hat patterns...setup a ride too...that would be ace..i think i should do that...

i still have factory skins gosh darnit, does it look like i can afford a studio?

and yeh, my bed is abnormally high,it was cut down to fit in the corner, my stairs are below so it rests on a slant.

That's awesome, your bass fitting under the bed is awesome too.

 Dude, thats awesome, I could do that as my bed is very high, its not a bunk but its not a loft but then id need to make room for the desk that rolls out of it.

That's awesome. my old bed would have been big enough to fit a bass drum, but not this one :(

I think the only space issues that will arise, aren't where more stuff is moving in around my drum kit, but me adding extra stuff to my drum kit.

i <3 ur pedal, good luck on ur space issues, though it looks like u can be pretty creative. maybe try ur 16" tom as a bass :p

bwahahaha  collapsing bed :p

That's pretty sweet :thumb: So in a week or twoż when the tree is put at the curb you get your practice space back? Not THAT bad...

haha, that's awesome. I barely have enough space where my kit is... I have to squeeze in my body to get past my ride and back to my throne.

i used to have my ride on the same side as my hats, but i put it on the other side so i could get more independant with my hands.

my bed collapsing :O that would be bad, as all my toms, cymbals and stands are under the bed too, but i dont think its gonna collapse anytime soon.

notice the makeshift tom i have set up (the bongo), it makes a pretty cool sound, a bit quiet though.

I have a ride between my hi tom and hi-hats and one above my floor tom.

^_^

Dual ride patterns AWAY!!

I trid using the floor tom as a bass but it failed miserably. Still be pretty interesting if my band did a song with the floor tom as the bass. Everyone would be like your a master tuner and id be like yeahhh. I can see it now.....

I have space problems as well. I wish I could put my bass under my bed like that. I have to put my kit together everyday, then take it down when I'm done. It dosent bother me because when you play shows, everything goes together really fast.

Bass drums are just really big floor toms, ya know...
