I can think of many better ways to spend $10,000.

$7500(USD) for a 30 year old kit that was probably only $800 when he bought it new.

yeah and that's well worn, and missing many floor tom legs, dude needs to be shot for demanding that much. Just the fact that it's not in mint condition would stop me from paying half that much for it

Way to overpriced, it's not woth 10% of that price, hence the condition this set is in, and just because it's old and slingerland doesn't increase it's worth

I don't even see any cymbals.Maybe I'll look again....I could buy Roland V-drums for cheaper than that and still have enough left over to buy a used truck!

slingerland makes really great drums, especially the vintage stuff. but this my friends is an overpriced pile of junk. maybe worth about $500-$800 (US) tops.

i'll feel bad for the idiot who buys it...if someone does...I can just see it now, he's talking to somebody about it "Yeah, i paid 10,000 for that baby" ::eyes pop out of head:: "For that piece of crap?" and hte guys is going to go through and tell him why it's not worth half of that and the guy is goign to feel like an idiot
