I am sure that credits for this should go to Charlie Wilcoxon, as his book contains very similar licks. but what's interesting, it also reminds Rick Gratton ideas, so it combines rudiment and modulation. have fun, this phrase sounds really good and dense.

btw, you can also use it for feet development.

TIP: think about it as 'Flam Accent' + 'Flam Accent' + 'Flam Accent', not note by note, but as rudiments in whole.

This is really quite fun. On first run through I can play it at 200 bpm.

Nice.. I took that, half'd the note values and put in a bent pattern.

Flamming the backsides of the triplets is pretty cool sounding as well.
