It's more comfortable than it looks. I have no trouble playing it sitting down.

Oooh, Pricey. All that flame maple is going to be a bit expensive. May also have to modify the explorer shape a bit since Gibson is cracking down on anyone who directly copies their body shapes. Heck, they went after PRS for their single cut, saying it looked like their Les Paul. In my opinion, they didn't look all that similar.
