help finding the tap guide

hey guys i finaly have a little spare time on my hands and i figure what better way to spend it then learning a new bass technique, I know thiers one or more on these forums but i cant seem to find a Tapping guide can someone point me in the right direction asto where i can find one? it would be much apreciated
