Well, I grew it out over the span of a few summers and a few winters that werent all that cold, but this winter in Louisiana its been 20-30 degrees every morning. a week or so of mornings having to get up 30 minutes earlier to blowdry it and I was done with it

I like the way it looks better long(when I actually brush it and Im not stoned playing bass) but I like having short hair more...
