I just finished reading it, I'll start on the audio if I can be assed.
It's a very high standard of recording technique - it goes way past the amount of attention to detail that is necessary, convinient or even possible in a home studio. It's amazingly informative as well, and may not be ideal for beginners because it teaches a specific school of thought that you should only apply to recording once you are very very familiar with the basics. And of course the guy is hilarious. I kinda like his style :lol:

All the references to every proper studio having a handgun within reach made me giggle like a giddy little girl.
I'd hate to be part of his staffing though.
