Its quite cool. Nice guitar work. Drums sound pretty standard but work well which is the main point. Vocals are ok, nothing special. I couldn't find any stand out bits.

Not bad, fairly professional, too. It sounded like rock with pop style melodies. If the singer could tone his voice up a bit more it'd be really good.

Im lsiteng to the first song..........i really like the guitar! Man those riffs are great! Now the drums, they are simple but they keep good time and fit in so well...i couldnt imagine another beet in this song. The bass is also pretty good, has a great backbeat to the song. Vocals sound really good i think....i like the raspy-ness, it reminds me of a somewhat punk vocalist only you contain much more range tone. i really like this song alot, its also catchy.

By the way, the quality of the song sounds really good. Is this done in a studio?

if u have the time please give my thread some feedback:) http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=428077

That's... fantastic. As it's been said, maybe play around with the drums a bit, but other than that I really like it.

Personally, I'm a simplist and a purist. The song, dream on (while constantly interrupted by my less-than-high-speed internet connection), was rather good. I don't know if I'd buy the album, but I'd turn it up if it came on the radio. I have no beef with the vocals or the guitar. Both sound good. I like the tone you'r getting out of that, sounds like a single-coil, yeah? But I wasn't getting a lot of love from the bass. :/ *tears* and the drums sounded - yeah - plain. Solid, so I can't complain, but a littel ride or a fill every now and then definately wouldn't hurt.

Cheers, man, keep it up! ~~ Driver

Wow! Getting a lot of ideas here to work on, thanks guys! It was done in a studio but not mastered and I can't recall what pick-up I used on the guitar- it's usually the humbucker but the guy in the studio had me change it a few times.

Heart Shaped Box is a song by Nirvana, not sure if you knew that...

Yeah, but I thought it was an eye-catcher- that's why I asked for "priceless advice," a lyric from the song. Yeah, I know it's lame! ( 'Heart-shaped Box' is actually one of my favourite songs though...).

Didn't close your eyes as much, but Dream On was amazing. A little plain, but I like it that way. Like Don't Wait a bunch too. Got an "A" from me :)

so far all i've listen to is the first minute of minute of Dream on and I realy like it...the recording quality is AMAZING. Dude you have to tell me where you recorded that or if u did it at home what program did you use?

Hi, thanks for listening. They were recorded in a studio but not mastered. I got a free program on the net for that. I've deleted it now but if you type 'leon's simple mastering program' into a search engine, you'll find it...
