View Full Version : Decent Loop Pedals?

Well, I decided instead of a pre-amp, I might want to look into a new loop pedal...I'm honestly leaning towards the Boomerang, but all I've heard anything about are the Boomerang and the Boss RC-20. Anybody recommend any other decent loop pedals?

I'm leaning on the Boom, though.

I want the boss one personally... but i'd love to atleast try the boomerang... where do they even carry them? I've never seen one...

Digitech Jamman. Almost the exact same features as the Boss, but with expandable memory.

From what I hear, the Boom is ridiculously noisy and cumbersome.

my bro has the rang.its really easy to use because you can do everything with your feet, making it ideal for live situations. it can do more than the rc20 too, though that is a good pedal as well.

Yah, I've heard nothing but constant praise for the Rang'. I believe, if I don't get my avalon, that I'll nab one o dem'.

You might not get the Avalon? :( All this time I thought we were going to form the MX Avalon club..... now you leave me? I'm hurt.... truly hurt...... it hurts daddy when you do things like that :lol:

Boss japan made a delay/looper that could be controlled with a footswitch, i heard good things about it but i dont think its made anymore

I'm thinking of trying out a Danelectro Reel Echo. They have very good reviews, and are cheap.

I'm just speculating. What, with being completely broke, one must ponder certain things!

If I can find an Avalon, I'ma buy it methinks...
