Basically I've recorded a bunch of acoustic jam session between me and a friend. All of them are improvised and played from end to finish without any production. I've only uploaded one at the moment but there will be more. Please check them out and give me your input.

yeah so....umm you have some good ideas, but I think this would sound better if you added some bass/beefed up the sound. and on the melody you played a string lower would make it not sound so tinny. keep on working though.

The tinny-ness is due to the fact that i'm playing nylon string so every time the pick hits the string it makes a treble-y tapping sound. Thanks for replying.

Ya we used a cheap school I-mac with a tiny mic on it. It was beyond annoying cause the mouse would stick like crazy and then suddenly stop working. The mic doesnt pick up most of my tone cause all you'll hear is mostly the clicks from my strings

Thanks for all your feedback. We've already got a new mouse and we've talked our music teacher to get a mic upgrade or something.

it would help staying in key

Ya staying in key sure would sound better...but then again we are improv-ing it so staying in key would probably sap any sort of atonal and interesting rhythmic qualities those recordings have...I think the trick is to listen to that stoned and do a lot of nitpicking because I've found that it makes oodles of sense but its pretty hard to pick up on the fly

i would listen to your recordings but the soundclick registration isn't sending me my activation and it gives lots of errors when i try and resend the code... that just goes to show that it was developed by a useless coder
